Hi,
Besides looking at the PSU LED, does anyone know how to how can I find out the status of the PSU's/FAN's on the ISE SNS 3495 appliance?

Hello,
ISE is a linux base server however the OS is lock for security reasons.
You can configure an alarm for any hardware failure if that is your concern. If you have then in failover pair do not worry about the hardware as you have redundacy.

There is no way to see the the hardware failure logs in Cisco ISE. You need to see the LEC status to get the hardware failure resons:
