License file installation failed : The license file failed to parse."

Hi, can anyone please help me with this problem, I have installed ACS 5.1.0.44 on vmware and I got a eval licence from cisco but each time I'm try to install the licence using the web interface I get this error...What am I doing wrong?

This error can sometimes be seen when the license content is copied from a mac browser into a file and some extra characters get included in the license information. It is recommended to use the licensefail that is emailed to you from CCO.

If still having problems please attached the license file to the thread and can take a look

I seem to getting this also, using both the downloaded and emailed .lic file.

The file does not seem for ACS 5.0. See the first line:

INCREMENT ACSCOUNT cisco 4.0 12-jul-2010 uncounted

Where did you get the license file from?

You can get from CCO:

http://www.cisco.com/

Don't remember the specifc path at this stage

but selecting Cisco Secure ACS View Evaluation not Cisco Secure Access Control System Evaluation as I should have been!
