Hi,
You do not have that option the Cisco NAC product line comes with a linux version that is customized for the solution.

I would be curious as to which issues you are experiencing with Linux, keep in mind that the NGS is a Cisco version of linux that runs the NGS. If you are having issues your best bet is to open a tac case or check the release notes for any bugs that match your condition. At times patching the unit will possibly fix the issues you are experiencing.

Hi Tarik ,
The device was working fine previously. But we got some error message like this ,
Warning: file(/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /guest/www/html/PaFramework/common/SimpleConfigFile.class.php on line 89
Afterthat we were not able to reach the device.Hence we rebooted the deivce .But during bootup also we got the same error and same issue persists.
Hence we tried to configure the other ports , and rebooted the device. but sill no luck.
Then we did re-imaging that also didn't helped
So wanted to know before confirming this as hardware issue , whther we can do some R&D at linux level
Thanks,
Regards,
Vijay
