lost ACS install CD.

Hi, all

I wanna reinstall ACS but I lost ACS install CD.

Actually i don't know Serial number, so I can't open TAC now.

How do i solve?

You can check serial number at the back of side of ACS.

Otherwise you need explore net to get this CD.

Last option you have to contact your cisco accounts team (SE or Account manager)

Thanks a lot, but It's not server.

It's mean, I installed window server.

So I can't find serial number at the back of side of ACS.

When  installing a genuine of ACS,

Serial Number do  enter?

Additional, Can I check the serial number at the ACS web?

ACS for Windows doesn't require any kind of license/ serial number/ key. If you have the ACS installation kit for windows, you simply need to install it on supported Microsoft platform, it won't ask for any key or license.

If you need the software than you need to contact TAC with the contract number. There is no serial number for it.
