MAC Authenication with Wirelss Using WPA

I have a few wireless workstations that that are setup up as Kiosk were I work. I want these Laptops to make a connections with my ACS 4.2 SE to establish secure network connection in the background (Using WPA). Then user with valid network credentials logon using the windows credentials. I have been unable to get this to work. can someone help me?

Please check the peap docs that explains about setting up PEAP authentication.
