Migration on ACS 4.2 and ACS 5.1 in VM

I am running vmware workstation 7.1 on my windows 7 PC.

I used "run existing virtual machine" acs 4.2 (from vmx file)

I created "a new virtual machine" acs 5.1 (from iso file)

Both vms successfully run and can ping each other.

However, when I tried to run migration tool on the acs 4.2 vm (W2k3 server), it fails to connect to acs 5.1

I tried to run the migration tool on the host windows 7 pc, putting in the acs 5.1 vm IP, it still gives the same message and fails.

The gui of both acs 4.2 and acs 5.1 runs fine from the host win7 pc.

Any suggestions.....I tried to disable the firewall as well with no luck.

What is the exact version/patch you see on the ACS 4x splash screen?

What message do you get after entering the migration info (ip address)

Enter ACS 5 IP address or 
hostname

What other error messages do you see?
