I Built an ISE deployment with hardware appliances and now want to built a VM ISE test server with the same configuration. To do so I am planning to temporarely make my Test-ISE VM the secondary PAN of my deployment and let it inherit (Sync) all the settings of the primary. After this I will make the test ISE server "stand-alone" again. Does anybody has any experience in mixing these platforms? Or isn't it possible at all?
