NAR blocked

Hello

I have an ACS version 3.3.

I have changed the configuration of a Network Access Restriction, and then I applied Submit+restart. I can?t get access again to that NAR and displays a message: "Failed to Edit NAR1

Reason: is currently being edit elsewhere "

I have already restarted the ACS.

What can I do to unblock it?

The locking is done inside CSAdmin (the web UI service)

When you re-start ACS from inside the UI it doesnt re-start CSAdmin. To do that you need to "net stop/start CSAdmin" or re-boot an appliance.

The erroneous lock will then be gone and you'll be able to re-edit.
