One of the PSN not recognizing switch

We have two admin nodes and two PSNs.

There is a network switch. When one of the laptops connected to a port on the switch authenticates via PSN1, it is successfully authenticated. However, when it sends the authentication request to PSN2, then on ISE authentication logs, I see network device not found. Why is one of the PSN recognizing the switch, while the other PSN is not? Both the PSNs are in sync with admin node.

Kashish,

Your best bet is to force a sync even though the status shows successful. Then you can try it again.

I did an erase/reinstall and that fixed the issue.
