I configured PEAP (EAP-MSCHAPv2) with user on Active Directory on ACS 5.1 and works fine.
I need help to configure the PEAP and EAP-TLS using certificates. My Certification Authority is on Microsoft's Active Directory. Can someone help me? Thank you.

So for the configuration of PEAP, whit ACS 5.1 and Windows 2003 Active Directory, I need this:
1. Configure the external database, Active Directory.
2. Import the certificate file (*.cer) downloaded from the CA.
¿?

Yes, if you are using external user database then first you need to join/integrate ACS with AD.
Since you are using peap; you can either install the self signed certificate or CA certificate, go through the following link for detailed description on how add certificate.
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/cisco_secure_access_control_system/5.1/user/guide/admin_config.html#wp1052640
You can follow the below link in order to configure Peap authentication.
