Hello Everybody

I have a ACS Appliance running version 4.2 ==> ACS 4.2.0.124.12-Fix where the function is just for authenticate users by

protocol RADIUS against a Active Directory - Microsoft.

The Remote Agents are running, AAA Clients and Server are OK and the External User Database (AD TREE) are mapped.

When starting a authentication it doesn't work and in the FAILED ATTEMPS ACTIVE, the AUTHENTICATION CODE FAILURE is " INTERNAL ERROR "

Which tests can i perform ?

I doesn't found good documentations about " INTERNAL ERROR "

Thanks

Any time you "internal error" it means ACS has tripped over itself. Generally this is either a bug (possibly already fixed) or an unexpected error condition arising from a mis-config.

You'll need to speak to the TAC
