Radius server 'IP'(port 1812) is deactivated on WLAN 'SSID'. (2 times)

HI,

I am getting messages as following:

Radius server 'IP'(port 1812) is deactivated on WLAN  'SSID'. (2 times)

can someone expain why I am getting this messages?

One reason could be becasue

One reason could be becasue you disabled the authentication severs under the WLAN settings.

 

or your AAA server (Cisco ACS) is timing out. you can run this command from the controller's CLI to check if this is the case.
