Ruckus Wireless to Radius ACS 802.1x

May we request for your assistance on how to integrate ruckus to cisco ACS using radius and 802.1x auth?

Hi @ccg-security

 From the Ruckus perspective I may not help too much but from the ACS perspective we can try.

 -Add Ruckus device as a client on ACS

- if you are using ACS local user database you need to build this.

-if you are going to use AD database then you need to integrate ACS and AD.

On the Ruckus side you need to create a WLAN with 802.11x as authentication method.

 Add the ACS as Radius server.

This is the bottom line. In which step are you in?

Hi,
Yes we already tested that however AD authentication is not working even the AD is joined with the correct profile. The logs said the there's no identity store on thaat spefic user but local account is working.
