secure acs redirects to blank page after 5-5-0-46-6 patch installed

I have a cluster of 5 ACS boxes.   One of them fell out of the cluster a few hours after installing 5-5-0-46-6.  

 

When I try to login I get a redirect to https://x.x.x.x/acsadmin/j_security_check

 

This is a blank page...  I notice this has been an issue with other cisco products in the past.... how do you resolve it?   Removing the patch doesn't seem to help.

How can the /acsadmin/j_security_check redirect be fixed?
