UCP 4.2 is not working

Hi,

We are facing issue in ACS UCP 4.2 as the UCP Utility is not working, when we are trying to access it by entering correct credentials we are getting "page can not be displayed.

Please find some attached screenshors for reference and help here to drill down this issue.

what is the UCP installed on? What other programs are on the same server. There may be a

conflict with something running on the UCP server
