Unable To Brin Up GUI on ACS SE 4.2

I tried to upgrade on of our ACS SE to the latest patch but after the upgrade went through I can no longer get GUI access. I can ping it and console to it but GUI will not come up. I have tried stopping and restaritng the services, rebooting and enabling the guilogon from the console. Is their something simple I am missing here?

This happened to me too. Services wont start. Did you resolve this?

I resolved it but not easliy. I had to re-image the appliance and then restore from a backup. Not a very good fix. Luckily for me its a lab environment if this was a production enviornment it would be very bad.
