Hi, I have a really big issue and would be nice if someone could help me.
I’m trying to install a certificate on an ACS 4.1 Win 2003 server, under Sys Config > ACS cert setup> Install ACS Certificate, I need to put the complete path of the certificate, the problem comes here. We have an independent CA, so we generate the certificate (with the sing request from the ACS) but we are unable to pass it to the ACS win 2003 server (nobody has the password, so we are unable to access to the box). I tried to put it on a shared folder and put “\\10.199.0.200\cert\certificate.cer” but it doesn’t work.
The big question is, is there any way to upload the certificate to the box? (so I can install it) or is there an alternative to install it on the ACS from another location outside the box? or at least, is there any pass recovery?
