User changable password on cisco secure ACS

I have a problem with user changing password on cisco secure ACS using the browser. when you get to the login page, and you supply the log in username and current password, it takes you to the page to change the password but only staysthere for some seconds and then returns you to the login page. You don't the chance to chage you password.

This is a known issue with the version that came on the ACS CD unfortunately. Try loading the latest version from CCO here (http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/cs-acs-win) and that should work for you.

I have the same issue. I have ACS 3.0(1.40).

In this page a can see several file. What is the file that I must download to resolve this problem?
