vpn authentication and active directory

Is there a way for users to change their vpn passwords within an active directory/tacacs setup?

if you are using VPN 30xx box then set Auhentication = "Radius with Expiry" (group setup)

Then if the user logs in and are asked to change the password the will get at change password box.

currently we have a tacacs server that does our authentication but are considering combining it with our AD server so all the users will only have one login id and password vpn included.
