we need to authenticate my pc before assign ip address from dhcp .

we have AD for authentication

Hi Laith,

You need to enable your wireless/wired supplicant for 802.1x authentication and configure your switch/ WLC ( depending upon wired or wireless) for 802.1x. Typically dot1x works well with a backend radius server and the radius server integrates with AD for credential check. You can search for documentation in cisco site depending upon your switch software/hardware.
