7320 image question

Hello Sir,

My 7320 can't work normal now.

The system image in our 7320 is rescue version. Do I need the real system image to upgrade the rescue one? What can I do now?

Thank you very much!

Regards,

Sha

Re: 7320 image question

I guess you would need a system image to upgrade the 7320. You could download an image from the Software Center. Use the following link to download the appropriate image.

http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/uce42

For details on the procedure on how to install the ACNS software on the 7320 refer:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/conntsw/ps491/products_getting_started_guide09186a00800ae910.html#31138

Note that this is for the Release 4.2 . You could choose the ' Getting started Guide' for the release you would download. The procedure would be the same I guess.

Hope this information is of help.
