7320 image question

Hello Sir,

My 7320 can't work normal now.

The system image in our 7320 is rescue version. Do I need the real system image to upgrade the rescue one? What can I do now?

I guess you would need a system image to upgrade the 7320. You could download an image from the Software Center. Use the following link to download the appropriate image.

For details on the procedure on how to install the ACNS software on the 7320 refer:

Note that this is for the Release 4.2 . You could choose the ' Getting started Guide' for the release you would download. The procedure would be the same I guess.
