Accessing a VServer from the same server farm Subnet

This might be trivial question to some but I'm almost clueless on how to accomplish this.

Basically servers from the "real" server subnet wants to access a VIP on being serviced by servers on the same subnet. Below is a snippet of the config

vserver LOADBALANCE

virtual 1.1.1.1 tcp https

serverfarm FARMofSERVERS

replicate csrp connection

persistent rebalance

domain THISDOMAIN

inservice

serverfarm FARMofSERVERS

nat server

no nat client

predictor leastconns

failaction reassign

real 2.2.2.1 8443

  inservice

real 2.2.2.2 8443

  inservice

probe RESIN

So basically 2.2.2.44 needs to access 1.1.1.1 - Is this possible?

Reference the attached configuration example for server originated connections to a VIP.
