ACE 4710 Version A3(2.5) device manager cannot authenticate
Recently I updated an ACE appliance software from A3(2.3) to A3(2.5) version. Before the upgrade I used to succesfuly access the device manager, but after the update when I put the user and password, the following message appears preventing the access to the device manager console.
Cannot authenticate: unknown login IP address 18.104.22.168
22.214.171.124 is the IP address of the interface vlan configured in the ace (configured in one arm), and there is no AAA service enabled (local user database authentication).
Someone have experienced the same issue? Could it be related with the A3(2.5) version? In what I understand, the device manager software is embedded in the ace software.

Usually, we can access ESXi Shell by pressing Alt+F1 from ESXi DCUI (Direct Console User Interface).
But on HyperFlex system, it just shows black window.
This is expected behavior because HyperFlex redirects ESXi Shell output to SoL...
