ACE advertise VIP when active

Hello Gilles, we have had an issue whereby we had to change the ACE vlan interface on the MSFC to a new VRF.

After changing the VRF we noticed that we were no longer seeing the VIPs from the ACE context being advertised into

the routing table. Is this normal behaviour? Is there a method of getting the VIPs to re-advertise themselves. We had

to go through each individual class map and issue the "no loadbalance vip advertise active" command followed by

the "loadbalance vip advertise active". I tried removing the service-policy from the interface and re-applying but this

did not help.

We are running software version 3.0(0)A1(4)

Ray,

this should not be needed.

It should be automatic.

I would recommend an upgrade to A1(6.3a) because there were a few fixes in this area.

If the problem still exists after that, open a service request with the TAC so they can follow the procedure to escalate the problem to us in order to get it fixed.
