ACE is not booting up v2

Hello,

I know there has been a similar post in the forums and we followed the provided solution but boot is still stuck on "Uncompressing Linux.. ok booting the kernel".

We also tried to boot from the recovery image but we get the same result which we are assuming is a hardware problem.

The device is Cisco ACE 4710-K9 and we are testing this device for an upcoming project. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

Hi Daniel,

If you have tried using recovery image and result is same than there is nothing we can do about it. It seems to be a case of hardware faulty. I would suggest opening a TAC case for the same.
