ACE-ping to rservers inconsistent

the real servers Inconsistent , sometimes pinging , sometimes request time out

i have three Real Server , it is either all pinging , or all not pinging

if i do clear arp , it is start pinging again

i don't have this issue in the other context ( i have two servers in the other context)

what ace software version ?

Did you try to take a sniffer trace to see if the server gets the echo request and if it responds ?

Check the server arp table when there is failure.

do you have probes going to those servers?

1-my ace software is old as you can see above

2- i didn't try sniffer trace

3- i did show arp , the three servers is existing , status UP

4- there is no probe configured yet

I think an upgrade to A1(6.3a) would be the best thing to do first.

There a lot of fixes related to arp since your image.
