HI

Problem - During a web session, with SOAP coding within HTML, there is a code reference header url //abc.com. Clients cannot access this particular ACE serverfarm website when we have this code, but when we modify it to the specific web server (ie //abc-web#1.rms.com) it works

I did not think ACE looks within the HTML code, just the url so cannot explain this? how do I troubleshoot?

ACE won't look at the http payload exepted if you have an ACE 4710 configured with application acceleration.

It may look at the http header if you have some L7 policy-map / class-map configured. Can you show the relevant part of your config as well as the full http request (GET/POST) that you are doing?
