I am working with an ACNS 4.1.3 box, trying to manage the disk space... I ftp to the root directory and there are a bunch of orphaned mpg files somebody attempted to import and missed the import directory, so they are sitting in the root... now I cannot delete the files.. via ftp I do a del and get:
Permission denied on server. (Delete)
same via regular ftp programs, and I cannot access that directory structure via telnet.
Can't seem to find anything in the docs that talks about this, anybody have any ideas?
