Add a header to all HTTP response from a CSS VIP

Is there a way to add a header to all HTTP response to a client from a VIP on a CSS. I am unable to use the cookie string method.

you can't add anything to the response except the arrowpoint cookie.

This is done with the command 'advanced-balance arrowpoint-cookie'.
