Associate VLAN over both ACE and FWSM

Is it possible to have a vlan associated to vlan-group of both ACE AND FWSM ?

For example to let ACE connect to a management vlan which is firewalled by the FWSM.

Yup it is possible. I have a similar setup which works fine. A good thread explaining this can be found under following link.

I suggest you separate the vlan-groups/firewall-groups into FWSM only, ACE only and shared Vlans.
