Blank Screen when booting C510

I have a new CE510 that when booting displays memory ok, press F1 for setup, then processor and IDE drive info and then the screen goes blank with the cursor in the upper left corner. Nothing else. Even if I try F1 for setup or F12 for Boot Menu I'll wind up with the same blank screen on my hyperterminal.

Any ideas?

I think there is a corrupt firmware on the CE which is why you are not seeing the prompt. Try reloading the image on the CE510. It should work.

Reloading the image didn't work either. I contacted TAC and RMA'd the device. Thanks anyway.
