Cache Engine 570 Problem !!!

Hi

My cache engine in boot process can't find disk.

after boot I can't see any disk with show disks

command, I boot it with the last version on code

but nothing change.

But the cache can detec SCSI Contorler.

Can I define harddisk on BIOS like ordinary computer?

or contorler detect them?

Do you have any idea about this problem???

Sounds like a hardware failure unless the hard disk is a non-Cisco unit. You will need to open a TAC case to resolve this.
