can I use a certificate from server

I want move SSL traffic from a server to my CSS11506. can I use same certificate which original used on the server?

Any comments will be appreciated

yes You can, at least in CSM:

I think CSS would be pretty much the same.

another question is legelly, if the certificate was previous requisted for a server, now, have I had the right to move to CSS11506?

if you can retrieve the certificate and the associated private key from the server, you can use them on a CSS with a SSL module.
