Can't backup CSS with TFTP or FTP

I inherited some 11150's running version 5 code. I'm trying to backup the running-config and whether I tftp or use FTP my command is accepted with no errors shown but nothing gets copied. Anyone have any ideas?

Here is what it should look like.

With the following ftp record in the config :

ftp-record linux1 192.168.30.27 cisco des-password ig5haaufqbnfuarb /tftpboot

What command did you use ?

If you sniff on the server, do you see a connection coming in from the CSS ?
