Hi all,
We have a implementation with Ce560 and L3 Sw3550 with WCCPv2. We sometimes have the problem that the CE does not respond anymore out the cache, or it takes until 10sec to give some request.
I know the the WCCP on 3550 has limited features but after cisco it should work. If the CE doesnt respond at all, the only help is to redirect the traffic directly to internet, and after a while (1 or 2 days )the CE work again. (without touching it) If somebody has the same porblem, ideas or recommedation are welcome.
Thanks Philipp

what's the status of the disk on the CE when you have the problem ?
show disk ? any free space left ?
Is traffic still redirected to the CE ? (sho stat http request - does it increase)
Otherwise what software version do you have ?
Gilles.

Hi gilles
The disk has normal load. The Version that we use is Version: ce560-4.2.5.
If the problem occurs the traffic is still redirected to the CE, but the answer time (out the cache) goes until 10sec. With (sh stat http request ) it increases but slowly .Further I recognized in a shoh tech-support that the CE has some TCP receiver collaps (lots), and still increasing. Maybe here we have some Software bugs?
What you think.

I would suggest to open a case because it looks like a possible bug.
