Closing SMTP/Pop3 Ports on CSS

Is there anyway to close SMTP and POP3 ports on a CSS11050? The services are disabled with the "restrict" command, but I wish to close the ports altogether.

Version: 7.10 build 102.

Not sure if there is a way to close the ports altogether. Restricting them seems to be the closest option.
