commit_vip_redundancy & cmd-sched

I would like to schedule a nightly config sync for my 11503's (VIP/Interface Redundancy), however if I configure a cmd-sched record, that record gets copied to the other CSS along with the rest of the configuration.

I certainly don't want both CSS's trying to run the commit_vip_redundancy script.

Does anyone know to modify the script so that it does not copy over certain portions of the config? (cmd-sched in this case). I'm sure I could dive in and find a way, but thought I'd check to see if someone else has already done so.

The command that you would use is cmd-sched record name minute hour day month weekday "Commit_redundconfig 'ip address (options)' "

However I am not too sure on how to not copy certain portions of the script.

Use this link for syntax of commit_RedundConfig " ip address (and other options)"

see this link for setting up command scheduler and all options

here's another doc on how to use the Command Scheduler.
