Copying 4710.bin to tftp server and restore

Hello All,

Could you let me know how to copy the 4710.bin file to a tftp server as i have tried and not been successful.

Enter the file transfer mode[bin/ascii]: [bin]

Enable Passive mode[Yes/No]: [Yes]

Password:

Passive mode on.

Hash mark printing on (1024 bytes/hash mark).

After trying to tftp or ftp here is the below message.
