creating a rserver on the ACE module using ANM 2.1.1

Hello,

I tried to create a rserver on the standby VC on the ACE module using ANM. This rserver is displayed in the ANM (the transfering is done without any error message), but this rserver is not created on the standby VC. It is OK, but why the ANM displayed this new rserver in the rserver window and no error message was displayed about creating rserver on the standby VC. Is it bug or the normal behaviour of the ANM? Thanks. Roman

Roman,

There were drastic improvements in later versions of ANM.  This specific bug is CSCtd28388.  There is HA logic that was being fixed in ANM software.  ACE will not allow certain changes to be configured depending on the HA state.  This logic will be fixed in an upcoming v4 release of ANM to give the user feedback from the ANM server if changes were or were not applied and why.
