CS 11800 Dead... Ouch!

Everyone:

My CS-11800 died this morning and when I plug the Diag port up to a terminal I goes through the first four boot lines:

BootRom...booting

Locked boot flash.

Validating operation boot flash, please wait...

You will wait forever, because the system immediately powers off.

Any clues what the problem is?

I think the firmware on the CS11800 is corrupted and hence is not booting up. The best solution is to reload the firmware on to the CS 11800. Make sure you use the latest version of the firmware.

I'm willing to try... but where do I get the firmware and how to I upgrade it if it won't stay powered on? Pointers appreciated.
