Does anyone have any experience (good or bad) with Dynamic Feedback Protocol and the CSM? We are currently migrating servers from CSS based load balancing to the CSM. On the CSS, we use the "balance ACA" check to check response time from the servers. One of the problems we have seen is that from time to time, one of the servers will kick off a process that really eats up CPU and slows it down, I would like the CSM to direct connections to the other servers in the farm. Currently we are using active health checks (http) and inband health checking to determine health, and leastconns loadbalance alogrithm. Currently I have the most robust servers weighted to receive most of the traffic.
Meaning there is a some sort of agent software running of the load-balanced server? What OS platforms DFP agent is currently available on? I searched CCO and didn't find anything related to software agent.
