we have 2 timers per vserver.
idle timeout
pending timeout.
If a connection timed out it's because of one of these timers.
The idle timeout is if there is no traffic neither from client nor server.
The default is 1 hour.
The pending timeout is the max time allowed to complete the 3-way handshake.
The default is 10 sec.
These are not counted as failures.
A failure is when the server does not respond or respond with a reset.
