Good morning,

To troubleshoot this further, you will need to get simultaneous traffic captures on both sides of the CSS and capture the test connection.

Looking at the traffic, we should be able to see why compression is not taking place.

Regards

Daniel

See attachment. This is TCPDUMP session

10.1.3.65 - client

10.1.66.254 - CSS (as router) in server network. HEAD from it - this is keepalive ping for other service.

Hi,

At first sight, I don't see anything wrong with it, so I would recommend you to open a TAC service request to have this investigated in more detail.

Regards

Daniel

I have no SMARTnet subscription for TAC support service. CSS is bought 3 years ago.

If I would have an access to TAC that I would not communicate in a forum.
