Is it possible and if so how can you get details on the different software process within the CSS. i.e. is there an equivalent of a show proc cpu for a router?

You can get such info from the engineering mode.
llama
symbol-table load SPRITZ
shell 1 1 spy
-------------------------
- Now, you have instructed the CSS to watch the processes
- you can then use a command to display a report
----------------------------
shell 1 1 spyReport
----------------------------
Type the command as often as needed.
Then stop everything with
shell 1 1 spyStop
symbol-table unload SPRITZ
