Css has processors & memory installed on each module.
The upper threshold for each processor utilization should be 80%.
If Cpu utilization remain constant over 80% then you need to either
increase the capacity or filter the traffic passing through CSS.
Lower threshold for free memory should be 25% of the total memory available on that module.
Memory leak also play a role in reduction of free memory. Restarting the CSS will give you a better picture
in case of a memory leak.
