I have a user that is accessing a service behind my CSS. Consistantly, after about 20 minutes they are disconnected. My free flows look fine but I can not determine why they are being disconnected. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I'm pretty sure that the CSS isnt going to disconnect the session unless it is a new connection and it's outside of it's TCP timeout or if it's a connection that is being torn down by the end hosts via FIN or RST. It maintains a table where the flow can be reused and is deleted when new flows are required. My experience with applications behind a CSS is that those timeouts are from a Firewall RST due to inactivity timer or from an Application server with a session timeout.
