CSS - unable to configure content

Hi guys,

sorry for stupid question :), but I have one old CSS box and I cannot there configure content rule (??).

can anybody help me with this? I think I have (all users) full access to box. I'm right? Why isn't possible configure content?

very strange.

Does it work for the admin user ?

I would suggest to try 7.50 or 8.10 and if the problem persist, open a service request with the TAC.

Unfortunately I do not see a solution and the problem does not ring a bell.
