CSS11500 vrrp problems

I have two CSS11503 in ASR Master/Backup configuration. The configuration worked correctly for two years, but one week ago the Backup CSS become the Master without any configuration changes. So now and two CSS work as Master and I have not service! I reboot the Backup one and after reboot it?s become master again. I think that the VRRP problems are occurs. I saw that the Backup CSS didn?t receive VRRP information:

CSS2(debug)# ip scp statistics

Packets received with supported protocol types:

IPPROTO_OSPF: 0

How can I troubleshooting the problem and could I check if the Master CSS send VRRP packets? I have not rebooted the master CSS yet!

There is a known ddts that makes the CSS stop doing VRRP after 828 days.

If your master has been up for that amount of time, you need to reboot it.

The ddts is CSCek37489
