css11503 slow performance

Hi,

I have a css11503 sitting between an Microsoft ISA and a pix. It is configured to LB inbound traffic, but not outbound traffic. i.e. internal clients to external web sites.

The CSS is configured as the next hop to the internet on the ISA, and the next hop to the internal on the PIX.

Since adding the CSS the performance has been very slow. (when its not in the network the performance returns). Is there something basic i have missed?

what is the config ?

Are you doing ACL ?

Are you doing L7 packet inspection ?

Do you do firewall loadbalancing ?

There are many possibilities, so please include your config and a 'flow stat' from debug mode (enter debugmode with the command llama)
