CSS11801 Active/Stand-by fault

I have 2 CSS 11801 in active/stand-by configuration, for redundancy.

Some time, with no reason when the active CSS fail ,the second CSS don't

switch completly in active state.In other words the switching process is not 100% proof. Have anyone the same problem or better , solutions?.

Hi,

It is difficult to say what the problem would be. When you say it doesn't switch completly, what do you mean by this ? It would probably be helpful to see the configs of the 2 css boxes.

Hello,

Please excuse me for answer to your mail ,so later but i had

much troubles with work and ordinary life.

Cisco is replacing my CSS's , wehad an hardware problem.
